If you’ve been around for a while, you know what Geeky Pleasures is. If you haven’t, then let me explain.

What seems like a lifetime ago, beginning in the year 2008, I used to host a radio show called The Geeky Pleasures Radio Show. This was long before podcasts were a thing. I’d talk about all things geek. I’d even interview geeky celebrities, like Wil Wheaton. They weren’t interviews per se. Just two geeks sitting down over a cup of coffee, so to speak, and geeking about whatever things we wanted to geek out about.

About a year later, Geeky Pleasures the website became a thing once I began to cover things like gaming conventions as press. Multiple times a day, I’d post things that I’d come across that I was geeking out about as well as reviews (books, games, etc). In 2015 when I was facing an onslaught of online hate for being trans, I shut it down. I just couldn’t do it anymore.

And now it’s back. It will be a little bit different but still true to its roots. Also, the Geeky Pleasures Radio Show will also be coming back, but as a podcast. It, too, will be a little bit different but still true to its roots.
